Hotel a Niles

“It says they have free roll away beds and cribs. Well come to find out after checking in they no longer have roll away beds. So someone had to sleep on the floor. Absolutely false advertisement will not be back. ”

“Older hotel, but well cared for. Staff was excellent. My son left some electronics there and they were waiting at check in when we returned. ”

“Yes the light fixture was hanging in the one room it was like that when we arrived I took a picture and all the windows were unlocked an there was a small cigarette like burn on the comforter in the room with the two beds I took a picture of that as well other wise the home is perfect Thank you! We are enjoying our time and plan to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool ”

“This place was absolutely terrible from start to finish. Pictures online are about 40 years old. Place is completely ran down, filthy, ceilings falling in, mold, leaking toilets, little tiny muffins for breakfast nothing else, pool is green, staff was absolutely unprofessional, no blankets in your rooms and when you request them they give you trouble about it. Our wrestling team stayed here for State Championships thinking it would be fun for the kids. It was awful. Absolutely will not ever go...

“Room was spotless. Jacuzzi was super clean and huge. Entire room was clean, staff was very friendly. Everything was easily accessible and plenty of restaurants and stores to visit within 20 minutes. We'll definitely be back”

“The room was very clean to even yo the commodes rim 💯 However, the housekeeping could have been better. Wasn't sure whether there was maid service after two days without cleaning the room. We had to asked the front desk about clean towels and service.”

“Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. ”

“The room was not very clean. There were stains on the bedding. The room was dusty. There were hairs on the “clean towels” in the bathroom and dead bugs in the pool area. ”

“Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. ”

“The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible...
