Hotel a Berlin Center

“1. Room 103, had nor room darkening shades. Did not discover this until going to bed which was late. Reported to staff in morning. 2. East Parking lot security accessed side door would not close and therefore provided no protection for the guests and staff. Reported to front desk, they dais they were trying to get it repaired.”

“Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. ”

“The hotel is easy to locate and has plenty of lit parking. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. Our 2 queen room "suite" was great. It had a separate couch area to stretch out on which could have been made into a trundle bed. The regular beds were very comfortable. For my taste the bedroom area was a little bit dim on lighting but if you left the large bathroom door open with the light on it was fine. There is a small desk by couch that's well lit. “ the breakfast menu had a wide variety of breakfast items to meet most everyone's taste.”

“Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location.”
