Hotel a North Jackson

“Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude”

The welcome gift was much appreciated, and the laundromat onsite was a plus. The owner, Bill, was very helpful in recommending places to see in the area. And the coffee was probably the best we have had on our trip!”

“First and last time I will ever stay at this property! We checked in seen construction going on all was ok that's a given no problem with that .. then the pool area was shut down also think that should be given a heads up .. there were moter cycles in and out Music loud as ever during evening hours we went to lay down to sleep at 900/915 and there goes the music I called down to ask front desk to ask them to turn it down there were people trying to sleep .. no one went outside as I watch from...

“Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.”

“I always stay at the Boardman Best Western when I am in town. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They are always efficient and professional. The property is topnotch in cleanliness, quiet and convenient to stores and dining options.”

“The staff was helpful as we checked in and after we'd checked out and discovered we'd left my cane in the room. The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. Everything we needed for breakfast was available with someone there to help if we needed something.It appeared that the interior had recently been refurbished and looked very nice and contemporary.”

“This is a really budget friendly motel off the turnpike exit. So it is very convenient and there's a great restraunt next to it. The motel itself is what it is, a bit dated, but all the basics are there. The owners are suuuper nice and helpful folks.”
