Hotel a West Youngstown

“Fridge was very loud and the fire alarm going off for an hour ruined the entire night!”

“The hotel was conveniently close to I-80. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was good. We especially loved the biscuits!”

“We did not stay! Trying to get our money back. Its nothing like the picture, no handsoap, no breakfast, pool is closed. Offered no alternaitves. ”

“Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. ”

“I would not recommend. It needs to be updated. The AC smelled and didn't keep the room cool. Ice machine on floor 3 was not in service. The image quality was poor on the TV. We also had an issue with unsupervised children running around and slamming doors after 9 pm. The front desk was unreachable when I called from the phone in our room to make noise complaint. I had to use my personal phone in order to get ahold of them to have them address that issue. ”
