OK. Needs some work to make a great place to stay.
Some things were very nice, but other issues made this stay not very pleasant. The door code did not work that was provided and looking back at prior reviews, this has been and ongoing issues since January. Very frustrating to have to msg back and forth trying to get into our location. The 2nd code provided also did not work and finally we were given a code to the onsite key.
If you want a quiet stay and there are guests in the adjoining apartment, expect to hear their conversations, music, and intimate noises as if they were in the next room. Our neighbors started talking and playing music every night at 10 pm and it lasted past midnight. We expressed the problem the first night and were told the issue would be addressed, but had the same issues the next night.
The toilet is placed so close to the wall that you have to sit off-center to use it....it also was not bolted down securely and moved. Don't expect a lot of privacy in the bathroom either...the barn-style sliding door does not fully cover the door opening.
Not to be all negative...the location is very nice and central to German Village by foot. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and had the basics stocked. The bed is comfortable.
