“My Expedia reservation was not honored.”

“The hotel was super clean. It was a really nice hotel hotel. Me and my family would definitely go back to stay.”

“I’ve stayed here more than once but this time was not the same. I checked in and when I entered my room there were opened soda cans (half full), and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. ”

“Unexpected $50 cash deposit required to get your key. It’s to guarantee no smoking. I understand but it should be clarified beforehand. There was what sounded like a violent fight upstairs. Domestic it sounded like. I just wanted to sleep after driving 7 hours, but I couldn’t ignore the apparent assault. I did call and the owner was notified. After happening intermittently for about 1 1/2 hours, it ended. I was grateful. Hope the people get help.”

“This property has one employee working all night. Marie checked us in. When we got to our room it was dirty and had not been prepared for our arrival. Marie had to come and clean our room. She had to run back and forth from the fourth floor to the front desk 3 times to check people in and clean our room. On top of that we were given a King room when we made reservations months in advance for a two queen beds room. Marie deserves a raise and the property manager needs to rethink their staffing...
