Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e personale e servizio
Immediately upon check in, I was charged more then what was agreed upon during booking. This could have been overlooked by the amount of space provided to our family of 5 until we noticed how unclean it was.
When we pulled out the sofa bed for our children to sleep on, the only bedding provided was a dirty mattress pad. When we called for clean linens, we were told we had to come get them from the front desk. No apology, no explanation as if it was our responsibility to make sure the room was stocked with clean linens. Once we retrieved the clean linens, we went to remove the dirty mattress pad, only to find small rocks and dirt underneath. Not sure how this was even possible but we took pictures due to the absurdity.
The breakfast was adequate unless you are gluten free as there was only 3 options that did not have gluten. It was a rather busy stay so things like plates and forks were sparse and the staff was not interested in restocking these items.
Overall, there are plenty of other places to stay in the area that would be better.
