I decided to stay in this hotel for a month and paid for it. But the reception was often absent and the employees were very unfriendly. Even the waitress's husband raged at me. They are very arrogant and ask for tips. I have 14 days left on the contract, but I have been informed that you are going to evict me. Does the boss know about this?

I would like to point out that this anonymous reviewer does not have a booking with us through Expedia or any of its partners. How can this anonymous reviewer even access the review facility? Expedia, please explain?

A great stay
We had a great stay at the Infinity. Greg and Lien were very nice and always had answers to our questions about Da Nang and area. We were there for a month, originally it did not have a toaster, but they supplied a new one in days. Had all rhe kitchen items needed for cooking meals. There were many good eating places within blocks away, our favourite being Burger Bros. on the next street. The beach in Da Nang is great, only a 4-5 minute walk away. The roof top deck was nice, spent time up there in the afternoons reading. The only thing missing would be 2 deck chairs to lounge on, or lay on to improve our tans. It was nice having room service every 3 to 4 days, and the ladies did a good job. The wifi worked great, and the tv with netflex and utube was nice. Our room was facing the back of the building, but others said they heard a lot of music at night from the front of the building. We would stay here again next time we are in Da Nang.

Perfect stay in Infinity Residence!
My stay in Infinity Residence was perfect. The room was quite a clean and cozy, well furnished therefore really comportable during stay. There were laundry machine, kitchenware, microwave, oven, etc in the room and very well equipped. I am willing to recommend here to my friends who have a plan to visit DaNang. Thanks Greg and Lien for your kindness!

這是我十年來最差最差最差的一次住宿體驗
1. 房間好像有一道死老鼠味道，超級超級臭。 2. 酒店對面有兩間酒吧，晚上超級吵，是超級吵，完全不能睡覺。 3. 每次出門要用鑰匙鎖兩次門，超級不方便。 4. 經常洗澡會沒熱水。 5. 如果你是late check in 就慘了，他不會等你來check in，大堂沒人，還鎖著大堂門（每天下午5點就會鎖門-.-），還好有個路人肯幫我打個電話給老闆開門，還要給他罵吵住他睡覺，我是第一次看見這樣的態度，我都好好態度對他。 6. 最差最差的一點是老闆態度是我見過最惡劣的一個，我最後一天夜晚飛機，想要放下行李，到附近走走，老闆卻不讓我放；然後我打算叫計程車到別的地方，老闆因爲要出門，酒店門口要鎖，我想坐在酒店大堂等計程車都不行，直接叫我走，我説外邊還下大雨，先等計程車來到再走吧，老闆直接對我說：你不再是我的客人，請你離開。外邊是下大雨，我直接拿著行李，到了外邊狼狽等計程車。我走過這麽多地方，真的從來沒見過這樣的人，我自己是做服務業，所以我一直對老闆的態度已經很好，很忍讓，可是這個態度，下次送我住也不會在住。
