Welcome to Polu, a Hawaiian word for the color blue. Located in the historic district of South Park, Dayton, built in the 1800s. You will be greeted by the tall ceilings and some of the beautiful original preserved architectural features of the home. This home has been beautifully renovated and elegantly decorated with comfort and luxury in mind. Centrally located near the University of Dayton, Miami Valley Hospital, and Oregon District where you will find great restaurants and local shops.

The Blue House was VERY clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and nice quality. The only drawback was the stairs. They were very steep and irregular with the potential for a slip and fall. Because of this I’d be cautious about staying here with small children or anyone with limited mobility.

Great location in Dayton close to downtown and The Arcade - used to prosper wedding programs welcome bags and cookies and organize many support activities. Beautiful home with lots of room and great support from owner.

Comfy Blue House
The Blue House Retreat is a wonderful place to stay! It has been beautifully renovated. All the accommodations are top notch from the comfy beds to a yummy coffee bar. Our trip was filled with special memories here and touring the Air Force, Wright brothers, and Packard museums.

Great Home beautiful house
Home was very beautiful and comfortable and clean. Only a slight issue is needed pot holders and a collinder. Very spacious as we were there for a baseball tournament and it was close to all of the ball fields that we played at.

Downtown Dayton
Our stay was great. Comfortable rooms and beds and the house was super clean. Arron was very helpful and accommodating. There are great eateries close by and we felt very safe. The only item is this is an older house and the stairs are small and steep but we navigated that just fine. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to visit Dayton.

Primary suite was so nice & comfortable. Very clean & nice ambience. Would highly recommend checking out Duck Donuts nearby, made to order...Yum!!! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.
