Good but...
Good location if you are in delhi for business. Excellent breakfast. Good room and gym. The negative point: The chino-Italian restaurant on the ground floor is really too expensive. After tax they charged over 10 usd for a plain white rice!!! That is insane!

comodo e piacevole albergo nel centro di new Dehli
camera molto bella, molto confortevole, bel bagno, ampi spazi, staff molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema la prima notte che avevamo la camera sopra la discoteca perchè era il 31 dicembre, ci hanno cambiato la stanza e ci hanno dato una suite in un piano superiore. Colazione molto ricca e buona.

I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing great service throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided added a nice touch to our visit, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall. In conclusion, this hotel is a great choice for those looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a comfort

Very nice building and indeed rooms and shower etc. but it was cold in Delhi, and the room did not get above 17C. I asked for a heater on 3 times and one finally arrived on the 3rd night. The Buffet meals were great (both breakfast and dinner) but I for a poached egg at breakfast and after a long wait had a disappointing result. The staff were certainly polite but as an example, the heater just didn't arrive until I really made a fuss.

Es war ein wirklich super Hotelaufenthalt. Ich konnte noch sehr kurzfristig für die Nacht ein Zimmer buchen und wurde von Anfang an bestens vom Hotel Team umsorgt. Das Zimmer war bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und mehr. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Einziger in meinen Augen kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Hier kann das Hotel sich noch etwas steigern, betroffen hiervon war das Badezimmer. In jedem Fall würde ich hier gerne jederzeit wiederkommen. Daher kann ich das Hotel auch sehr weiterempfehlen.

The Epitome of a 5 Star Hotel Experience
I was blown away by the hospitality of this hotel. Every single member of staff was kind and welcoming, the room service team going out of their way to gift me some sweets for staying with them. The room itself is extremely comfortable and the facilities at the hotel are fantastic. Nikhil ensured that I was enjoying my breakfast every morning, going out of his way to make me eggs on toast one morning. I will definitely be returning, as this experience made me a loyal customer!

I was provided a room with dusty bed and table. Upon request my room was changed but the level of cleanliness was the same so had to request for another change and again it was the same. In the end I requested for a cleaner to come and clean whilst I was present in the room.

Crowne had consistently high standards that I have come to expect worldwide. What really set the Okhla property apart was the professionalism and helpfulness of staff. We arrived late at night when restaurants in local area, and room service at crowne had closed. However, staff understood our situation and cooked an amazing meal for us. Everyone that we dealt with was super helpful and professional, they did everything with a smile. Really set a positive tone for our time in india.

At check I informed them about not having the second person, but they refused to make any changes as my booking was through Expedia. Had to pay INR.1000 each day for the 2 nd person even though there was no second person. Front Desk was unable to extend my check out as the original reservation was through Expedia. Asked me to another booking through the IGH app. Hotel demanded all payment in advance!!!! There are more but the WORSE was a LADY CALLED and WOKE ME AT 10:30PM to ask the expiry date on my passport!! THIS IS THE WORST Crowne Plaza I ever stayed.!! These staffs are not professionally trained at all!!

Exceptional and friendly hotel
Situated in the south east of Delhi, neighbouring the Okhla Bird sanctuary, we enjoyed the views over the woodlands, the rooms were spacious, clean, beds comfortable and bathrooms were laid out in small cubicles for each necessary function. The pool was enjoyable, the restaurant and bar had great ambience and food was delectable. The staff were ever do helpful, courteous and engaging. Transport was excellent.

Plaza is a real Five star Hotel, the staff are very professional they attend to your every needs,very friendly and are always smiling, the food is amazing in the restaurants and the gym is well Equipped, gym instructor was a great and very well experienced, after the gym you can step into beautiful outdoor poo. This hotel is spotless, the rooms are large and the bed is like sleeping on the cloud, I would highly recommend the crown plaza I’ve stayed in many other crown plaza hotels worldwide, and they always deliver the best service. I look forward to my return visit.

Good Business Stay Hotel
Of the Crown Plaza's I've stayed at, this one is ok, but not the best. Up keep could use some work. Bad location too. Room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. Carpet had wet spots when I checked in. Pool and locker room not too clean. Gym was great though. Friendly Staff. Bar was great too.
