출장을 위해 방문한 호텔입니다. 전반전으로 직원들이 친절하였고, 청결도도 괜찮았습니다. 호텔 조식의 종류는 20가지 정도로 다양했으나, 맛은 그럭저럭이었습니다. 오믈렛은 맛있었습니다. 칫솔, 치약, 헤어드라이어가 없는것은 단점이었습니다. 호텔교통이 좋은편은 아닙니다. 룸서비스 이용시 맥주는 주문할수 없습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 만족했던 호텔입니다. 다음번에도 기회가된다면 이용하겠습니다.

I was extremely frustrated that I had to complain on both days of my stay to get hot water in the bathroom. Even worse the house keeping staff didn't acknowledge the problem and kept insisting that luke warm water is hot water. I missed my dinner meeting because of the wait to get hot water. Don't stay here if you have things to do on time.

Unhelpful staff, nonfunctional wifi & no hot water
Not even close to a four star hotel. I stayed here for an Indian wedding event for a close friend. The issues with this hotel started before I even checked in. I had booked and prepaid for two nights with a refundable rate. I called more than a week in advance to revise my booking with hotels.com and Golden Tulip's hotel staff directly to make my reservation for only one night instead of two. Quite simply the manager and staff were unwilling to help to remove the second night of my booking because the hotel was full and somehow they thought that removing the second night would cancel my entire reservation. This was completely unacceptable. How antiquated is their booking system? Upon check-in I took up this same matter in person with the manager and still got no satisfaction. In addition to this issue, the hotel itself had several short comings. Key among them was non functional wifi in the room and lukewarm water in the showers not to mention the power was interrupted in my room several times. Also, I found out the pool was under construction and for access to the gym you had to go to the front desk and have a staff member escort you to a separate part of the building. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The property was fine. Not really grounds to walk around. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was pretty good but had no variety. WiFi was terrible.

The hotel is clean and the room is very comfortable. This hotel is a great value. Breakfast offered a nice variety of food, and the service was excellent.

Good deal for a nice, quite stay
It was a pleasant stay at Golden Tulip. The hotel is clean and nice. The breakfast spread is limited but considering the price paid for the hotel, it was decent enough. The restaurant is quite spacious and there is a professionally managed gym that is a good news for travellers who like to stay fit during their travels.

Decent stay
Room was very decent. Breakfast was also delicious. Breakfast area was clean. Three negatives. 1) The receptionist refused to provide two room keys simply stating we are here 24/7 so 1 key should be sufficient. Never heard this at any hotel before. 2) Even though room was paid on expedia in full, he asked fr $2000 rupee in advance incase of any usage of minibar or restaurant. It was refundable. 3) out of 3 night stay, 1 and 2 nights the rooms were cleaned and smelled ok. The 3rd night, when we got back to the room, the bathroom smelled so much with smoke, so not sure if the housekeepers are smoking or what.. but that was very weird.

Really enjoyed hotel. Not so much the area.
The hotel is very good and the staff are excellent. Very helpful and kind. We loved our stay. The local area however is very dirty and there is a pile of garbage outside the front gate. I know the hotel doesn't have control over that area, however, it makes it unpleasant to step outside for any period of time.

Stay is ok. But it is far from Delhi city.
It is far from airport and surrounding areas are not clean and pigs are roaming near hotel. Hotel management can take up this case with local body.

Nice property, not a nice location, not well run
Not a well run hotel. in a room for two, missing towels, no toilet paper, no tea bags. Hotel staff unhelpful to provide any direction to nearby locations, The property is new with good facilities, though staff quality is uneven and needs training: the property has a lots of potential. No taxi service, you need to request for a car and it may take 30 minutes to an hour.

綺麗なホテル
とても快適なホテルでした。部屋の掃除は行き届き、シーツもしわがない綺麗なベッドメイキングになっていました。スタッフの方も感じの良い方々でした。料理もおいしかったです。ペットボトルの水が2本部屋にあって助かりました。コンセントも各種入るものがあり便利だと思います。 敢えて気になったことを挙げるとすれば、タオルにシミがあったこと、時計の日にちと時刻が合っていなかったこと、シャワーの温度が低かったこと(フロントに頼んですぐに熱いお湯に調整してくれました)、部屋にあったアンケート用紙が少し汚れていたこと、窓からの眺めがよくなかったこと(仕方ないと思いますが)、朝食会場のドアが閉まっていて客も少なかったのではじめは朝食会場とはわからなかったこと、カードキーが毎日使えなくなっておりフロントで直してもらわなければならなかったこと、レストランのティーカップに欠けている部分が多かったこと、くらいです。

Area is dirty, but hotel is fine. Bar and pool was closed during my stay. Service was really nice and helpfull.

I travel every to week to NOIDA hotel is clean and great,flip side is Internet connection is bad if you ask for extra water bottles they fill the water bottle with Aora water after i noticed and complained they gave me proper bottled water other than that everything was good!!

decent hotel
Stayed because my next train was scheduled to depart from Anand Vihar Station (ANVT). Golden Tulip was a better option near ANVT. However, quite far from IGI airport. Hotel ambiance is decent and good for buisiness stay and family stay. Many airport taxis does not know the location and you need to contact hotel front desk for driving guidance.
