We stayed here for a few days around New Year's day. Our stay was quite satisfactory. The location on the Hotels.com map is inaccurate. The actual location is 3km away from here, adjacent to Golden Palms Hotel, shown correctly on the map. Hotels.com, please correct this information immediately! It is NOT convenient to the business center of Delhi, or airport or tourist sites. An open storm drain forms part of the view on one side of the hotel. The restaurant has satisfactory service, with a decent breakfast. Staff are courteous and well-trained. The MAJOR complaint during our stay was New Year's Eve. It was very loud and we could hear the loud thumping Bollywood music in our room on the 5th floor well past midnight. This was still not the worst part of it. The hotel had also rented out several rooms on our floor to a group of what seemed like teenagers, who after about 1AM, got EXTREMELY rowdy and loud (we could hear them through the walls). It seemed like there were about 30 youths in these rooms having their own private party, and a fight broke out and it took at least 5 calls to reception over the course of an hour before anything happened. NO ACTION was taken by staff to disperse this crowd on our floor till around 2:30. We of course did not want to confront a large group of drunk, abusive youngsters (mostly male). The hotel staff were quite obviously ill-equipped to handle this kind of trouble. Poorly handled, in my opinion, and no acknowledgement to us at any point.
