This is a wonderful hotel -- great area walkable to so much, the Q line a block away (we took it to the DIA in 30 degree weather and it was reliable down to the minute - use the Q line app for minute to minute updates so you don't spend time waiting in the cold!). I give this hotel an A- only because the staff failed to remove the minibar items despite their assurance it would be done before arrival (and again, after I a called the 1st evening to have it done). Needed the storage to keep milk and OJ cold for my daughter, so not happy that they seemed to make that hard on me. By day 2 I stopped calling. They also had 2 Detroit robes in that are for guests hanging in the closets. Unfortunately, they both had tears and looked pretty work down, and on the one I tried on it had another woman's perfume on it (collar only, so it wasn't detergent!), along with long strands of hair). Clearly had not been laundered after last guest. Not good! Finally, it was 22 degrees the past two nights, yet they have a block on the heating that keeps it from going her than about 69, which wouldn't be so terrible but for the fact that when you put it at 69 it actually reads 67 in the room! Heat loss from the tall windows in the junior suite, I guess. Even with both layers of blinds closed, it never went above 67.5 in our room day to (despite trying to increase heat to 75, it never budged). Sad, bc staff was otherwise fantastic (all smiles, helpful). San Morello food/ambiance was excellent!
