Hotel carino e moderno vicino piazza Darcy, bagno pulito buona colazione. Unici appunti prenotando su Expedia non ci hanno voluto caricare io punti Accord Hotel e al check out dei facchini per i bagagli neanche l'ombra...parliamo sempre di un 5 stelle..

Bellissimo hotel ma le camere...
Bellissimo hotel nel pieno centro di Digione con servizi d'accoglienza e strutture comuni all'altezza di un cinque stelle ma tariffe ragionevolissime (cortese e preparato il personale alla reception e comodissimo il servizio di parking totalmente gestito dal personale con ritiro e consegna dell'auto davanti all'hotel anche più volte nella giornata). Purtroppo due delle tre stanze (doppie uso singola) che occupavamo, poste al terzo piano, si trovavano nell'ala del corridoio non ristrutturata e di fronte alle stanze del personale (rumorosissime). Queste due nostre stanze (seppure vecchie) erano confortevoli e con una bellissima vista sulla piazza ma la pulizia lasciava a desiderare (è migliorata dopo le nostre lamentele) e i servizi di cortesia (molto apprezzabili quando c'erano... previsioni meteo, cioccolatino della buonanotte, eccetera) del tutto discontinui: alcune sere venivano effettuati altre no. Ottimo il ristorante con menu e cantina di livello e con una maitre de salle straordinaria, non all'altezza invece i camerieri.

Confortevole e in ottima posizione
Siamo rimasti solo una notte, ma il servizio è stato pienamente soddisfacente. L'hotel è in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi il centro e tutti i monumenti.

The staff was most hospitable! We had trouble with our shower and the hotel manager was most gracious. We had trouble getting a taxi to the train station and one of the staff drove us to the gare. Remarkable customer service!

Very impressed with the hotel overall. Beautiful property. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful when asked directions to our tours meeting point. We ended each night with a cocktail at the bar next to the lobby. Will definitely definitely stay here again when we visit again.

A True Gem
As the first stop on our honeymoon it was a wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which can make all the difference no matter what the rest of the property is like. We had a high corner room getting a pretty view of the square. The rooms aren’t “big” but the layout sure makes it feel so, with an entry area, sitting area, coffee bar, beautiful bathroom, and 3 balconies! The small touches are noticed from lighting to soft carpet, robes, and towel heater. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the rest of the property like the restaurant (which is a favorite of the city) or the spa (which is beautiful) but we can only imagine they are lovely also as they were both very busy. Dijon is a beautiful town and we hope to return and will certain be staying here again! Merci!

A case of somewhat faded glory. Positives include excellent central location for tourism, dining and shopping. Hotel dining and bar facilities exceed the norm for most hotels. Negatives relate to the "faded" aspect of the hotel, including dirty and threadbare carpeting in the room and hallway and a very underwhelming lobby area. If you are driving, as you will want to be in the beautiful Bourgogne region, direct access is non-existent -- you will be buried under one-way streets and obscure/confusing directions. Valet parking at the hotel is a must.

Best hotel in France!
Simply stunning hotel, best we've stayed in during our time in France. Great location & such a beautiful city! The staff was amazing. Bellman helped us with our luggage & parked our car. The 2 at the front reception were knowledgable, welcoming & very kind.

The room is very nicely decorated and clean and bed is comfy . I would say , the toiletries like shampoo and conditioner is very good . The breakfast is very good . Food quality is excellent . We’re happy we made a dinner reservation in the hotel. The ambiance is very relaxing and food is fantastic .

Excellent stay!
Beautiful hotel! Clean. updated! Great service and attention to the guests. saw a 3 star in the front and it should be without a doubt a 4 star hotel! Very Classy and the room was excellent! Do not miss it if you ever stay in Dijon.

Pas au niveau d'un 5 *
D'une manière général l'hôtel à besoin d'une remise à niveau .Il n'est pas au niveau d'un 5* . Le coté bar intérieur n'est pas très net .. et prendre un verre avec de la musique de banlieue dans les oreilles et bien trop fort c'est juste pas possible.D'une manière général il a besoin d'une remise à niveau coté propreté , les aménagements et au niveau des chambres les produits accueils etc.. L'état des peignoirs et des serviettes.. machine a café qui ne fonctionne pas ..Dommage c'est un très beau bâtiment et très bien placé.

Great location between train station and old town. Staff was a little slow at front desk and bar. Very nice breakfast. Spa was nice but tiny.

Service lamentable
Hôtel à fuir. Soit disant un 5 étoiles et pourtant : - chambre non prête à l'heure du check-in : 2 heures d'attente - type de chambre attribuée incorrect : demande pour changer de chambre - chambre avec baignoire sans rideau ! - gel douche vide - tasse de café sale (absolument non lavée) dans la chambre On me demande de payer lors du check-out alors que la réservation avait été payée en ligne. Sur l'ensemble, aucune excuse du personnel. D'autres clients ont eu les mêmes déboires et le personnel se permet de se moquer de certains clients devant d'autres. Honteux
