“Breakfast could be better”

“Well first this site says rockfalls inn and suites the build says best western and then inside there sign say days inn. There rooms were ok only had about six channels”

“The gentleman at the front desk with the beard is fantastic. I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, and he is one of the most respectful and helpful individuals I have ever encountered in the service industry. He single handedly has caused me to repeat business at this hotel and I will continue to do so as long as he is employed.”

“The owners were very nice. Easy check in. Older property but kept in good shape. Easy parking.”

“Upon checking in there was no body soap in the container in the bathroom. Rooms are very small, with 4 people in the room. The breakfast in the morning was good.”

“The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful, pleasant, and friendly. We asked about moving to a room on the river side. She was willing to show us 2 different rooms”

“Really cool CCC-made cabins that are so solid. Cool inside but they have AC and a gas fireplace with a small fridge and TV with digital channels. LOTS of character. Some false ladybugs and you may get a visit from a resident mouse but put a granola bar out for her and she’ll party in the bathroom and stop making noise in the bedroom. The restaurant food is really good—try the fish fry! And the area is beautiful and great for walking/hiking, birding, and fishing/wading. Plenty of parking.”

“Staff and room were great. My only concern is the difficulty opening the door from the stairwell to the second floor. The door dragged on the carpet and was extremely hard to push/pull open. In an emergency this could be disastrous. I don’t know about the other doors, but I expect the same problem exists.”

“If your looking for a night to rest only for cheap and old then this it . Breakfast was coffee..juice..toast...cereal...pancakes ...not alot of choices and it only from 6am to 9am which I found very short time frame. Need updated badly and more variety for breakfast.”

“This is a budget friendly hotel. Basically a place to sleep. It is very easy to get to off the interstate and close to eating and shopping. We come here every year and will come again next year.”

“They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.”

“Couldn’t use the pool and didn’t make us aware of it”

“The hotel and propert clean. Room nice. Just wish there was shower curtain on shower pole. Everything else was nice. We had handicap room. 235.”
