Hotel a Pearl City

“This was our second time staying here...a year ago and this time. The hotel bar was fun with our group of friends we stayed with! The staff was friendly and accommodating! The drinks were good! The breakfast was VERY limited, so our group of 10 went to a restaurant for breakfast!”

“Room was decent and comfortable for the price and property situated in a quiet area. Staff were accommodating and attentive. Reception provided info on nearby dining options and sites, plus a complimentary drop off and pick up to town”

“Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.”

“The location is great and parking is easy. Lobby was clean and front desk staff very friendly. There was a roped off area in front of the main entrance door and the elevator was broken. The room has been updated, but isn't the cleanest. The main hall carpet is really run down. Our toilet srst was really loose. I am thankful there is a hotel in the area, but the pricing seemed high for one night with the quality/cleanliness of the room. The breakfast is a nice bonus, but we ate out with family...

“Got static about me canceling the 2nd due to a family emergency over 2 hours away and he wasn't happy about it even tho I bought the last minute cancellation policy for both nights, I just gave up…”

“My stay was good. My only request is updating lamps or an outlet to allow for charging with USB ports. I haven’t stayed any place in awhile that didn’t have this in rooms.”

“The parking was challenging considering there are two areas. The one in the back is downhill and the one across the street you need to go to the corner of the street. The room was not ready at check in time. Ice machine on our floor was out of service. A nice room, comfortable. Breakfast was good as usual.”
