“Fantastic friendly staff. Check in was easy, Rex was fantastic getting us where we needed to go in the rain! Above and beyond Our room was clean, very quiet We will be definitely be back! We have stayed here in the past several times”

“As a non- smoker, the entire facility reeked of cigarettes, even though only the Casino was "smoking ". The hallways smelled when you came in the side door from the parking lot. Our "non-smoking " room smelled and if you woke in the night, you were aware of the smell. Otherwise, the room was clean and modern. Except for the overused large upholstered chair that was dirty.”

“Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.”

“We did not know that they didn't clean rooms if you were staying more that one night. And they didn't replace towels. Got back to motel around 9pm called for towels and was told I needed to bring the dirty towels to front desk and they would give me fesh towels. Maybe short staffed, but they should have let us know. Staff was friendly.”

“We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated. The paint, fixtures, bed, etc all seemed to have been done recently. There were however a few things that were missing, There was an ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer though it was mentioned as an amenity, and a light bulb was missing from the vanity light fixture. “Rooms need a good cleaning. Walls need a coat of paint and hardware needs to be fixed. Our bathrooms electrical plugs did not work so therefore no blow dryer. The rugs are so dirty that your socks are black from walking on them. The doors safety latch was broken off. This motel is in bad need of a good cleaning and updating.”

“Room was clean, despite the fact that the whole hotel was under construction. The dining area/ lobby was under construction as well so breakfast buffet was not offered. A few breakfast choices were set out as grab and go. None of this was announced or posted anywhere prior to making the reservation. Front desk was not very welcoming. We reserved a king bed suite.
