“Extremely clean room, lovely staff, and the pub being there was awesome. We were on the first floor and didn’t hear any noise from the pub. They put chocolate bags on the bed for V Day. Always have coffee and tea available and do teatime in the afternoons. Beautiful library in lobby as well. Highly recommend!”

“As I had found that this property was once owned by my 3X great granduncles I was fascinated by the history and walked in their footsteps. As I descended the original, narrow stairs with the low hand rails I imagined the original women in their high button shoes and hoop skirts more gracefully than me maneuvering them daily. It was a pleasant step back in time with it's antique atmosphere and original structure. It was my 48th wedding anniversary and staying at a family home made it even more...
