Hotel a Rockford

“Room smelled like smoke. Staff never at front desk.”

“The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.”

“This hotel is my family's favorite place to stay when we come to Rockford. The staff has always been incredible, friendly, and professional. The rooms are different from any other hotel we've stayed in. We always stay in the suites and my wife and I sleep upstairs and our son sleeps downstairs. The amount of charm and uniqueness is what will always bring us back. The pool is smaller but there is a pool. Same with the gym but these aren't things that are too important for us. ”

“Classico molte americano dove parcheggi davanti alla porta. Economico e pulito (ma con il classico odore della moquette che non viene cambiata da anni). Se dovete solo dormire, siete di passaggio e trovate una buona tariffa va bene. ”

“Stay was fair. Average customer service. The elevator bothered me a bit because it wasn’t exactly a smooth ride and walls were paper thin. No way to hook up my Netflix or other streaming channels to the TV. It was only set up for Samsung and I have an iPhone. However, room was clean. I would book again if need be. ”

“Stayed here about 4 times over the past 9 months. Always clean and comfortable. For simplicity that is the cheapest but still very comfy and clean I'll come back again soon. They offer a free continental breakfast, but I have yet to check it out. I stay because they are almost half the cost of Holiday Inn and for me just as comfy. ”

“Convenient and safe location”

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Hot breakfast with protein everyday. Every staff member from desk to housekeeper were the friendliest we have ever encountered at a motel! Comfortable bed in rooms with mood lighting. I can’t say enough good about our stay. The entrance drive into the motel is a little tricky to find on busy highway but we’ll worth the effort.”

“Place was under heavy construction and should of been shut down,non licensed workers performing the remodeling work and making a big mess,dont stay here to save a few bucks”

“Needs refurbishing. Poor conditions. Not clean Poor breakfast”
