Charlie at the front desk had very poor Communication skills w aggression
Very inappropriate
Especially in customer service and a business that offers hospitality
She destroyed that real quick
Before check in at at the moment if check in
While having a conversation w another employee ..... still moly asking a question if explanation and Little miss Charlie comes and approaches and questions aggressivly
Along if am merging else i need??
Ummm I'm in a full blown conversation w another employee why is she coming from the back instigating argument
Almost as if she wanted a negative response!!!
Worst experience ive ever had there
And the first time I've ever seen this employee of all times staying there in the last 5 years or so!!!!
She had a disgusting attitude and should be a house keeper or something else that doesn't require gave to have customer service!!!!
I've never ever disliked yet hated my stay as i did freaking with her attitude, Communication, let alone any kind of customer service skills whatsoever
Even as the other employee and myself (as WE were speaking)
Even had and Displayed CLEARLY a shocking facial expression while Miss Charlie was creating ruckus and being rude and coming out spewing herself in conversations she had ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS NOR REASON TO BE IN!!!!
I've enjoyed and every stay we've had there other than Jan 5th 2026!!! Employee w yucky demeanor made UNNECESSARY DIFFICULTIES@check in. Allowed check in 3 hours later w money & time wasted
