“The outside is a little rough looking which originally made me question the initial booking. However once inside and in my room I was very pleased with the cleanliness, the quality as there were no scuffs or any damage from general usage. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was very nice. ”

“This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. ”

“I received a text asking if I needed anything. I needed extra pillows but didn't receive any. There was a coffee maker in the room. It was dirty and no cups in the room No hand towels, only 2 rough feeling "bath" towels The best reason to stay? It's right across jumping on i90 expressway which is what i needed. The room was clean but very dated ”

“Friendly staff, lovely pool and hot tub, and perfect breakfast options. Hours for amenities are nice. ”

“Stayed here about 4 times over the past 9 months. Always clean and comfortable. For simplicity that is the cheapest but still very comfy and clean I'll come back again soon. They offer a free continental breakfast, but I have yet to check it out. I stay because they are almost half the cost of Holiday Inn and for me just as comfy. ”

“The owner was there to greet us and was very helpful. The space was kept clean and the outdoor fire pit was very nice.”

“The staff was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The pool area was less clean than the rest of the property. It wasn’t so terrible that it prevented us from letting our kids use the pool. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“Pool was okay, it was a bit dirty. The kids wished there was something more to do in it. The breakfast wasnt good, bread was stale onlything ok to really have was yogurt and waffles. Also stunk like weed.. seems like someome tried covering up the smells with frebreeze. ”

“Stay was fair. Average customer service. The elevator bothered me a bit because it wasn’t exactly a smooth ride and walls were paper thin. No way to hook up my Netflix or other streaming channels to the TV. It was only set up for Samsung and I have an iPhone. However, room was clean. I would book again if need be. ”

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. ”

“Our room was cold. The heater, although, was turned to 80C, never got warm. There wasn't a breakfast. The closest attached restaurant was closed M-W. Our room flooded from the storm. The bathtub whirlpool jets shot out some black gunk into the bathtub. There wasn't a desk in the room to some work on my laptop. Highboy chair was too uncomfortable. Needed an ottoman for the couch. Our room wasn't stock with forks and spoons. Only a couple of knives. We were hoping to at least get flowers on our...
