“I wanted to share some feedback about my breakfast experience. I arrived around 9:35, well before the 10:00 closing time, but the selection was already very limited. Several guests, including myself, were asking for more eggs and potatoes, but the staff member in charge declined to prepare more, saying it would take too long. “Great breakfast, warm pool, large room, friendly staff, great location”

“Free breakfast was not offered. We were told its only available Saturday and Sunday. Staff were rude and short with us when we had questions. The whole place smelled like smoke even though we paid for a smoke free room.”

“Online pictures of hotel misleading - seemed nicer online then in person. Our $20 dollar Zyrtec bottle went missing and when we notified staff they did not seem to care and acted like we were lying. Did not provide any alternative to improve our experience. ”

“Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!" WILL NOT COME BACK. ”

“Hotel was advertised as having a hot tub, but none was present. At breakfast the ran out of waffle mix and coffee. Neither were replenished before we needed to leave. Room was clean and comfortable and kids enjoyed the pool. ”

“Bathroom had leaks and tub didn’t have a stopper. A live bug was in tub. Hair was on the floor.”

“The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.”
