Hotel a Milan

“It is what you pay for. We checked in very late and staff were very thoughtful and nice. It is okay place to stay for a budget travelers.”

“There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again.”

“Ac was already on 66 degrees. Bathtub and shower were great and hot water was nice and hot very fast. Bed was super comfortable. Fridge, TV, microwave were great.”

“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”

“For the price, it wasn't great, but not bad. The room was a very nice size, but I did not find the king sized bed or pillows comfortable. I was excited about the idea of the jetted tub, but it has such a high step to get in it and the tub is so slippery that it felt like a safety hazard and I chose not to use it. Also, the elevator is super far from the lobby so if you can get a first floor room, you should.”

“We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!”

“I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.”
