“It is what you pay for. We checked in very late and staff were very thoughtful and nice. It is okay place to stay for a budget travelers.”

“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”

“Positives: Helpful respectful staff. Allowed me to get a hour later on check out. The toilet had hair on it still when I got there and mini fridge looked aged as well as the tub/shower. I got the room king suite with the jacuzzi tub thinking it would be in the room. the pictures shown was not what was in the room. So that was an up-charge I wouldn’t have paid for knowing that. I’d say it was a 6/10 it did its job for the price.”

“Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view of the Mississippi was beautiful. The pool and pool area were clean and a welcome sight after traveling all day long. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast. The sausage links were soft and not appetizing to the eye, so we skipped the hot breakfast. Cereal and coffee were not what we really wanted, so that was a disappointment. The other thing was, using the laundry facility on property was a long walk and...

“The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating . I have some mobility issues and there was no elevator to access our room on the 2nd level. The manager then changed my reservation to a first floor room without an extra charge. There were useful amenities. The breakfast was basic. I would recommend staying here.”

“Staff was excellent, reasonably clean, comfortable bed. However, very noisy so not the place to stay if you want or need rest. Dozens and dozens of motorcycles (I'm not exaggerating) up and down the streets all night long. Softball tournament in town so hordes of squealing, yelling teen girls slamming doors until after midnight.”

“Room was as described. Kitchenette with full refrigerator. It was a handicap accessible room, which we did not ask for or need. The bed was quite low to the ground and there was only one side table. Bathroom was nice, but also handicap accessible. Extra towels were a bonus.”

“I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.”
