“Property was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly!”

“Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!" WILL NOT COME BACK. ”

“Online pictures of hotel misleading - seemed nicer online then in person. Our $20 dollar Zyrtec bottle went missing and when we notified staff they did not seem to care and acted like we were lying. Did not provide any alternative to improve our experience. ”

“Bathroom had leaks and tub didn’t have a stopper. A live bug was in tub. Hair was on the floor.”

“The staff was exceptional. We had a small issue with our room, and it was taken care of very quickly. Throughout our stay everyone made sure our stay was everything we expected. Would definitely stay here again!!”

“I wanted to share some feedback about my breakfast experience. I arrived around 9:35, well before the 10:00 closing time, but the selection was already very limited. Several guests, including myself, were asking for more eggs and potatoes, but the staff member in charge declined to prepare more, saying it would take too long. “The rooms looked old fashioned. When I first got to the suite the tv in the front room area didn’t work so they gave me another room. Before leaving that room I looked on the sheets of the bed and found hair. When I got to the other room, the microwave didn’t work so I had to use the one in the lobby. I found hair in that bed too. There was toilet paper in the toilet. The smoke detector was off in the bedroom. Not a good experience. ”
