Hotel a Colona

“There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again.”

“Ac was already on 66 degrees. Bathtub and shower were great and hot water was nice and hot very fast. Bed was super comfortable. Fridge, TV, microwave were great.”

“We stay at Quality Inn at Eldridge, IA every spring. The hotel is always clean, staff is friendly, everything you need as far as groceries, fuel, places to eat are close by. The hotel is always quiet and the breakfast is good also. Highly recommended staying at this hotel!”

“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”

Hostess was busy talking to another staff member and we had to wait several minutes more, even after a waitress told her we were waiting. “The shower in my room was not working properly. Either scalding hot or ice cold. Needless to say a quick shower! Room was clean though.well my second room after I first walked into a room that not been cleaned from the previous visitors.”

“We have always been greeted and treated very well by the desk personnel. They even remembered us from s previous stay.”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us.
