“Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. “This was a great stay. Quiet. clean. So comfortable. Everything provided. Easy entry. Zero complaints.”

“Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was full of hair and dirt, not good.”

“Unfortunately the beds smelled like they haven't been washed, also the pillows didn't either. Bathroom was clean. But the room itself could have been much better. Overall I give the experience and how clean a 2.5 out of 5. Just overall smelled and felt dirty.”

“Pros - Intake staff member was excellent and deserves recognition and a raise. Good value for price, compared to other properties. Cons - Ran out of key breakfast items by 8:30 am. Bathroom tub faucet needs upgrade. Make TV easier to use (it's world Cup time!!).”

“The property is clearly in some kind of transition from one owner to the next, and I believe houses some longer term tenants. Some of them were hanging out outside the hotel, smoking, and it looked like they might have been taking shelter from living in the streets. The area outside of the hotel is unkempt and overgrown.
