“The air conditioning in my room didn't work. I had to buy a fan at Walmart to be able to sleep. The tv is going out - the colors on the screen were limited to magenta and radioactive shades of yellow and green. The desk chair is missing a wheel. There was a wet washcloth trapped in the frost in the refrigerator freezer.”

“This isn’t even an official best western. False advertising. This place did not allow us to switch dates of our stay, and yet they advertised that they had a pool — we get here and the pool is under maintenance. They didn’t care to disclose that on the website. I would say to stay at another place.”

“At 3 o’clock in the afternoon morning in the room. It had dinner. Came back key without working in the room went to the front desk. He made a new key. The key worked in my bag was missing out. The room went to the front desk. We look for a key to a storage room and went in the storage room and found my bag and blown out. Getting into the room went to sleep three hours later, but Manager was counted on the door woke me up to say somebody had left their meatloaf and something else in the freezer...

“The room was very nice, cold ac, mini fridge, and microwave. It was extremely busy, but overall a quiet stay. Breakfast was okay.”

“The front desk staff were all so nice and personable. They asked how our day was and congratulated the players arriving after winning their softball game. Hallie in the breakfast bar was sweet as pie and so attentive. The exercise facility was sufficient and the pool and hot tub were acceptable too. The breakfast had great variety daily as well as varied day to day. Smells good, clean, great shower head and the beds were comfortable.
