“Excellent service and room.”

“The hotel has been beautifully renovated. Staff were very courteous. Parking ramp is easily accessible by skywalk. The restaurant in the hotel had no coffee for quite some time on Saturday morning, ugh. It would be nice ig the restaurant were open all afternoon. It closes for a couple hours. We did find a great restaurant about a block away for an afternoon snack and libation! It was so nice we went back for dinner the next night! Would stay here again.”

“Breakfast menu was satisfactory, felt tge parking was safe and secured, room could have reviewed once again before guest check in (remaining hair in bathroom shower and the toilet), staff was respectful.”

“This is absolutely horrendous, we were given our first room, and the beds were not made, and there was blood in the bathtub and walls, we were then given a second room, there was blood under the toilet seat and blood on the walls in the shower the "Continental breakfast" A COMPLETE SCAM, nothing but toast and yogurt, they claim to have a heated pool, the pool was freezing, Also they have a side door that said its locked between 11pm-5am NEVER LOCKED BIG SAFETY CONCERN”

“My Room was absolutely disgusting there was hair in the tub, floors were filthy boogers on the wall, no soap to wash your hands they never came in to clean the room while we were there never took the trash out or even give us another trash bag the whole building is run down, not really ideal for a handicap person said they offered breakfast never saw that either”

“Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.”

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”

“questo soggiorno è stata una piccola fiaba di poche ore. La casa risale all'Ottocento (è una villa) ed è registrata infatti nel Registro Nazionale statunitense dei luoghi storici. Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion). “I’ve stayed here many times and have always liked the hotel. However this time the room we were in was recently renovated. It was not done properly. Also it was dirty. Dust and fingerprints on everything. Low water pressure. Just not happy this time. I will be seeking other accommodations in the future.”

“We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.”

“Clean room and excellent staff. Only reason not all 5 stars is because towel rack in bathroom was broken and body wash container in shower was empty. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location! ”

“I have only wonderful things to say about my stay. The room was large and very clean. The hallways were clean and quiet. Lots of parking. The staff was kind and helpful. The amenities are so impressive for the value. I only paid $110 for a night. That came with complimentary drinks in the bar! And free breakfast! Wow. And the breakfast was great. Also the bed was so comfortable, unlike most hotels. I will be back!”

“I was double charged after paying through Expedia. Holiday Inn staff said they couldn’t see my payment through Expedia and they had to run my card. Turns out I paid for the room twice and no idea if I’ll get a refund or not. Time will tell”
