“Really great value, no problems with the room. Helpful staff, lots of families were having fun in the waterpark. It could use a few updates, but I'm not overly picky about stuff like that. Clean and met all needs.”

Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. “Every staff member we encountered was SO friendly! The young man and woman at the front desk, breakfast staff-the tall man and shot woman (she said the staff calls her “Shortie” were all lovely! So many times at hotels, the staff acts like the guests are a bother, but this staff all behaved as though they were happy to be there. So refreshing! The coffee-brewed to order 24/7 was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints! ”

“The hotel was kind and a good place to stay. Its not very walkable though and uber was hard to get. I didn't like Peru itself at all but the hotels made up for it a little. ”
