“Water was extremely cold when we tried to take a hot shower! ”

“Wasn't much to offer for breakfast. 2 choices of cereal and one of them were empty.”

“Breakfast was stale and lacked variety, we passed and went to McDonald's.”

“There were issues. There were Cheetos on the bed frame, the microwave didn’t work and the coffee maker was filthy on the inside. The staff worked to resolve the issues however ever the coffee maker didn’t work correctly. The microwave was replaced soon after check and the male staff member was good about the issues but the female seemed frustrated with switching the coffee maker and gave me a non working replacement. “This hotel is clean and convenient to Morris. It is a bit worn, but it was comfortable for our one night ”

“Decent room, good breakfast, friendly staff. They did charge my card $3 for parking without telling me. Which was just odd and a little irritating. Overall good stay. ”

“Check in was a very long process, stood in line for 35 min and then told my room was not ready, gave us pool passes to start swimming and went back at 7pm and the line was longer, another 45 min. in line and room was still not ready but they had it ready in about 5 min of standing there. I guess a wash machine was down and they had no sheets. room was clean but the pool area is not clean at all. they need to do some serious cleaning of the pools themselves and the windows in the pool area...
