“The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Only complaint was that there was no bath mat or grip tape in the shower. This was evident when I slipped and fell while taking a bath! Other wise I really enjoyed my stay here.”

“Everyone was very polite. The room was clean, and i enjoyed the area around the hotel for walking. The only issue i had was no hot water in the morning on the second day.”

“The serve is there is so awesome. This is our second anniversary that we have spent there and we also utilize the wonderful spa. Great weekend.”

“Everything was great until we went to have breakfast. My son and I were at the pancake machine and one of the staff members came and take our plate with 1 pancake on it while another one was coming out and just told us “no” and threw them away. It was well before breakfast ended and several other guests were also there getting food. She didn’t feel the need to explain herself except for just saying “no” repeatedly. ”

“I actually didn’t stay at the hotel because when we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of the reservation we made through Expedia. The hotel staff were most accommodating and helpful but there was nothing they could do as they were full up due to a wedding. We ended up at a nearby Marriott and got a full refund from Expedia. ”

“Property was above and beyond the price point. Staff was always responsive and welcoming . Room was immaculately clean. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat in the room. Breakfast always has eggs, protein in addition to cereal, bread, fresh berries, etc. Would definitely return when in the area, chefs kiss Hyatt House!!!!!!”

“From checkin, 6.20 till checkout, 6.22, the front desk, staffing, and vleaning crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The hotel is positioned perfectly close to restaurants, expressways, shopping, and things to do. "The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients up! before calling (please note: European mobile phones charge a lot for a call in the States!) So, do not choose this hotel for the transfer, bad service "
