“Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest .”

“The room didn’t appear dirty, but it smelled bad and felt unclean even after housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable staying. I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. “March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation”
