We have gone out of our way, multiple times elsewhere, to compliment staff to their boss and / or ownership about pleasant experiences. “This was a overall one star experience. My room was fully paid for through Expedia and when I arrived to check in my room had been given away. The girl was nonchalant and said i did not pay for it even when i showed her my reciept from Expedia. I had to pay again for the stay. It was late and we travelled all day so we needed to stay so i paid again..They put me in a smaller room and it was disgusting. The smell of the carpets in the halls was strong and nausiating...I did not even want to walk...

“The rooms were outdated, my bathroom had a smell of a covered up mold maybe, the rooms were either too cold or too moist if I turned it down. My AC unit was broken on the 2nd floor. Staff was very nice, very nice especially the breakfast lady, always singing and happy. The breakfast was good and always full and available. The pool had late hours which I loved since our days were busy. I’d stay there again in a different room.”

“The hotel decor is simple, but clean. Parking availability is almost all at the back. Not much they can do about it. But there is lots of spaces, just far enough away to make me a bit nervous walking from the car to the doorway. There is no one around. But it was fine. Breakfast is ok. Nice it’s included with the room”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Personale alla reception eccezionale. Ci hanno dato una camera con due letti per farci stare comodi(eravamo in tre) nonostante avessimo prenotato una con un solo king size. Davvero meritevoli di elogio.”

“The property is really outdated. The pictures online need to be updated so other guests see the real property. My room I checked into was really outdated. The bathroom floor and shower were extremely old and uneven, the shower had mold, the carpets were old and needed care. I lifted the side of my mattress and food crumbs were there. The hallways smelled like weed all week! Stay here if you are in a jam and need a quick place to stay.”
