“Stay was ok. Entry light and a wall light were not operable.”

“Do not stay at Days Inn, Romeoville. My wife and are not complainers. We have gone out of our way, multiple times elsewhere, to compliment staff to their boss and / or ownership about pleasant experiences. This is the first time, unfortunately, our horrendous experience needs to be expressed. Consider the following: 1). First impression: The carpeting on the rolling cart to unload our luggage was very unclean. It seemed like it needed a long awaited-cleaning. 2). No automatic doors to enter from...

“All the staff we encountered were very nice and accommodating. From house keeping to front desk and in passing the maintenance workers.”

“They responded quickly my room's bath tub was backing up which I couldn't take a shower when I needed at the time. Parking lot had number of broken vehicles and vehicles that probably been left or abandoned some filled up with luggage and flat tires.”

“Checkin was efficient, we were a large group in town for a tournament, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and safe.”

“Unfortunately not much was good about the room or property. Front desk she was great. Outdated property and hotel rooms, area had closed restaurants around it. She told us cleaning service was every 14 days, plus we had to sign a no smoking waver but the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not good!”

“This hotel has had some updates but it feels like they slapped makeup on an old and broken body. The towels are old and have holes. The walls need washing, and the clientele is a bit rough around the edges. Breakfast is bare bones and it doesn't offer much. The staff was friendly but not very attentive and the price was good.”
