She told us cleaning service was every 14 days, plus we had to sign a no smoking waver but the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not good!”

“They responded quickly my room's bath tub was backing up which I couldn't take a shower when I needed at the time. Parking lot had number of broken vehicles and vehicles that probably been left or abandoned some filled up with luggage and flat tires.”

“I stayed at this property from June 1st to June 5th, 2026, and had a mixed experience regarding the customer service. On one hand, the front desk team during the afternoon and evening shifts was absolutely wonderful. They provided excellent, attentive, and welcoming service that truly enhanced my stay. On the other hand, the morning service was highly disappointing. The lady working the morning shift was consistently unhelpful and had a very dismissive attitude. It felt as though she was...

“This property looks nothing like in the photos. It is very dated, and worn. It needs alot of updating and cleaning. There is torn carpet in the room, no sink plug, the drain smelled horrible, and there were guests smoking across the hall all the time, despite being non-smoking. The hotel was noisy, and we could constantly hear the people above us stomping around. The property needs a deep cleaning. The one positive was the helpful front desk staff. I would not stay here again.”
