“Soggiorno ok , hotel nel complesso niente male”

“The woman at the reception was very surly, and even though I told her my English was limited, she acted in a tense manner.”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“バランスが取れたリーズナブルなホテルだと思います。歩いて行ける距離にスーパー、レストラン、ファーストフード店も複数あるため、飲食に困ることもありませんでした。 朝食は毎日変わらず同じもので、パンケーキを作る機械もよくエラー出ていましたが、おばちゃんが良い人で気持ちよく朝食が食べられました。 アメニティはほぼ無く、無料の水も部屋にないのは残念でした。(無料なのは朝食だけだよと受付の方に言われました。)”

“My room had stains on the sheets, pubic hair in the shower, microwave didn't work, pool was shut down, and breakfast had a lot to be desired.”

“Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that.”

“Modern and comfortable stay, clean grounds and rooms, easy free parking and pretty landscaping, friendly staff, fun game’s, free breakfast, nice snack and drink variety in the lobby, no issues with the TV and a comfortable sleep with lovely pillows. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We ate at Sushiya which was recommended by the front desk and it was delicious. We attended a comedy show at the Hollywood Casino nearby. The uber wait was around 10-15 each way. Great stay!”

“The staff advised the pool was not heated after checking in and complaining about ice cold temps. The ceiling in our room has heavy water damage and appeared to be flaking off. Room keys needed to be reprogrammed multiple times a day. Breakfast was ok but the tiny room was so small that it was hard to walk around without bumping into people eating. Would not recommend we have stayed in the area multiple times and will not stay here ever again.”

“You could not get a wheelchair between the desk and bed in what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. The toilet seat was loose. Three out of four lightbulbs were burnt out above the bed. The mattress sagged so badly, it felt like sleeping in a hammock. The blackout curtains were about 70% effective, not what I call blackout. The television was not working; according to the desk, there were satellite problems. There was no indication on the telephone in the room on how to contact the...
