“Hotel was right next to the mall. Very short drive or a small walk to the Nordstroms side of the mall. Not a straight shot across though, unless you like jumping 15 feet or more into traffic. Many restaurants all a short drive away. Medieval Times is roughly 4-5 miles away. Took us about 7 minutes to get there due to traffic. Room was nice, clean, but not as spacious as the pictures made it seem. The large desk takes up a good chunk of floor space. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was roomy...

Was told 45 mins then went back and still wasn’t ready but then was told it was due to a party of other people who haven’t checked in yet and didn’t want to but ended up breaking that party up to give me a room since I was there but that should’ve been done in the first place instead of making me wait. I’m there, I should get it. ”

“Love the modern decor, love the clean spacious room, love the closeness to the highway, restaurants and shopping. But what I love the most is the friendly staff, the activity handwritten suggestion wall and the billiard right beside a beautiful hand painted wall of Naperville. Tru was truly the best overall hotel experience my family and I had during our long US roadtrip, 5 st🌟rs all the way!!!”
