When I arrived at Eaglewood Resort and spa, I needed some cough drops, which the store there didn't have, so one of the managers had some personal ones and gave me some. I also had a medical emergency, the staff was very helpful before, during, and after the emergency. The staff treated me like a family member. The room I was in was very quiet, great insulation. I went to the grill and bar for dinner and had a cesar salad. What I got was the best salad...

“The property is a little dated but you can tell they are trying their best to up grade and improve things. My room was very clean, no bugs nothing to complain about.. nothing fancy but if you would like a clean decent place to sleep here I go. “Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Ok hotel overall but room layout was horrible. Half the bathroom is out in the open and you can't stand in the bathroom and close the door hardly past the toilet. TV was old and didn't work. AC was great and worked for the most part but I probably wouldn't stay in a room like this again.”
