HOWEVER, the experience of Expedia screwing up the booking was beyond the pale and Expedia's refusal to correct the booking or refund our money was criminal. Expedia does everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility when THEY SCREW UP. i should have never booked through Expedia in the first place. “We ve been trying hotels by our son new home. And this one is by far the best we have found. There is a person at front desk all the time!! That’s major now!! “I stay here whenever I'm in the area. Its well maintained, I've had a couple times where something was broken. (Shower handle would spin and not turn on, another time the wall outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed). Nothing major, and the staff apologized and tried to make it right.
