“Dear Hilton Management, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay, which unfortunately fell far below my expectations of the Hilton brand. Upon arrival around 5:00 PM, the front desk experience was unwelcoming. While check-in was efficient, the employee appeared disengaged, offered no smile or greeting, and only became friendly after I asked if she was having a bad day. “The room was more or less okay, although some things just didn't work, but the entire building feels like it's only halfway finished. Lots of work being done, the common area is filled with boxes of things, and one other resident referred to the elevator as "ghetto" as the floor isn't done and there's a tarp or something hanging over the walls.
