“Over all this was an excellent property. However, we were in room 211. Directly outside our window was a noisy fan that turned on and off constantly. All night. Very irritating. If we had not been so busy while we were there, we would have requested another room.”

“would not even dare to eat breakfast. The hotel charge $25/per pet per night, but the hotel is so dirty, with trash just littered on the corner of the elevator, which is hazardous to my dogs. I have to carry my dogs, as floors are dirty including the hallways. No shampoo, and staff is not even apologetic, just saying they run out of supplies. Towels are crumply and not even fit to use, too small to cover your body. No sponge towels. Will not be staying in this hotel. This should be...

“This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars.”
