“our room could've definitely benefitted from a remodel. the sofa and headboard were in rough shape and there were specks of paint on the carpet and other surfaces from the last time it was painted. our in-room phone blinked for four days. we were on the third floor and the stairs were cracked, dirty, and creaky. the top step was a different depth than the other stairs which makes it a safety issue.”

“The bathroom was filthy and disgusting! There were mounds of dust and fuzz on the baseboards. The grout in the shower/tub was yellow and cracked. The shower drain ran slow. Toilet had to be flushed twice with each use. Scan directions said room would be cleaned daily unless guest opted out BUT OOPS, HOTEL SAID NO, YOU HAVE TO CALL AND ASK FOR CLEANING.
