“This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars.”

“The place was undergoing some maintenance, so only 1 elevator worked, so it took awhile to get up/down. Thermostat didn't work in room and the shower curtains are cloth, so water was just dripping out of the tub. The room was nice though and the price was right for just 1 night. Staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“Staff at the front desk were great! The accommodations they made for us when they didnt have our specific room plan available were extremely seamless, and I will absolutely be coming back!”

“Never got checked in they lost and never refunded our pre paid booking some two days fighting over the principal of the non stay be chase they never even checked us in. Worst costumer service not with the hassle for the small amount of value. You get what you pay for and we paid and still got nothing!”

“Breakfast was ok, room and bathroom were clean. The hallways look a little work. Other than that it’s a pretty good deal for the money. Parking was hard to find after 9 pm”
