The facility shuttle was wrecked at the beginning of April and will probably not be replaced which is a handicap because of the hotel close proximity to the airport.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Our experience with “Mike, the night shift manager”was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived to check in, he was rude, hostile, and disrespectful. When my partner simply asked a question, his response was, “I’m not talking to you.” We were shocked by the way he spoke to paying guests. The situation only got worse. “Many parts of the hotel were not well air conditioned; very warm and humid. You can tell the property is old; carpets seem worn and dingy. Several families were staying that let their kids run and scream down the hallways frequently and would leave their doors open while blasting music. I was approached my three different, very young kids who all asked me for money. The hotel seems to be in a nice area of town but these interactions were unsettling to say the least. “It's a Motel 6. Room was mostly clean (floor was a little dirty), had a hot shower, working TV, and a comfortable bed. Exterior hallway and parking lot were a little tired, but it worked for my needs.”

“Room smelled funny but everything looked clean. Staff was excellent and Anna was very accommodating. We asked for a later checkout since our flight was late and she allowed us to stay a little longer. Breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable.”

“Our flight got in early, so we knew we might be too early for check in. The first employee we came in contact with told us there were no rooms available. We were able to leave our luggage and go get lunch. There were two other families in the same boat. When we got back, a new employee told us rooms had been available for hours. The lobby looked nice and clean and our room was good with the exception of the bath tub. It was so worn and dirty looking. The soaps had been ripped off of the wall. I...
