“Troppo triste la colazione, pulizia e confort nella media. Parcheggio gratuito (auto indispensabile), dintorni solo per camionisti e per chi, come me, necessita di una tappa di avvicinamento all'aeroporto O'Hare di Chicago. Poco altro da segnalare.”

“It's a Motel 6. Room was mostly clean (floor was a little dirty), had a hot shower, working TV, and a comfortable bed. Exterior hallway and parking lot were a little tired, but it worked for my needs.”

“Many parts of the hotel were not well air conditioned; very warm and humid. You can tell the property is old; carpets seem worn and dingy. Several families were staying that let their kids run and scream down the hallways frequently and would leave their doors open while blasting music. I was approached my three different, very young kids who all asked me for money. The hotel seems to be in a nice area of town but these interactions were unsettling to say the least. “DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Our experience with “Mike, the night shift manager”was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived to check in, he was rude, hostile, and disrespectful. When my partner simply asked a question, his response was, “I’m not talking to you.” We were shocked by the way he spoke to paying guests. The situation only got worse. Mike gave us a key card to a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, there was a naked guest inside. This was a serious breach...

“Personnel very friendly. Breakfast has ample choice of food and breakfast room impeccably clean. Bedroom comfortable and bed also comfy. The facility shuttle was wrecked at the beginning of April and will probably not be replaced which is a handicap because of the hotel close proximity to the airport.”
