“Troppo triste la colazione, pulizia e confort nella media. Parcheggio gratuito (auto indispensabile), dintorni solo per camionisti e per chi, come me, necessita di una tappa di avvicinamento all'aeroporto O'Hare di Chicago. Poco altro da segnalare.”

The gentleman that checked us in was so welcoming and polite. I reported a water issue in our room to him late the first night and the maintenance staff handled it first thing in the morning. Wow. “Enjoy the hotel ”

“The hotel was great however Expedia misrepresented how far it was from downtown Chicago. It was an over an hour during rush hour and 40+ with less traffic. It was much further than advertised. ”

“Parking was safe and easy, breakfast was not really good. No fresh fruits, and the rest was barely edible. Otherwise the overall stay was good. With rooms being spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for the near by industry.”

“The breakfast was fresh and excellent. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. However, please note that rooms facing the highway can be quite noisy with traffic at night.”

“We love this hotel and visit it as much as we can. When we go during the week we find it very quiet which is one the reasons we go. The room is always perfect and comfortable. The housekeepers will always accommodate you if you need something extra. We love the staff and since we go there so often they have become “friends”. It’s amazing that Abraham in the restaurant/bar always brings us our beverages from memory even after not seeing him for months. Then there is Hugo and Will that make eating...

“Every thing was great”

“The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/”

“Le camere sono molto spaziose e questo è sicuramente un vantaggio. Anche il personale della reception è valido. Purtroppo abbiamo notato che, sebbene il livello di pulizia sia nel complesso buono, la struttura non è curata nei dettagli e risulta essere talvolta obsoleta. LA COSA PEGGIORE PERÒ, NEL 2022, È IL WIFI A 13 USD A NOTTE. Non è accettabile ormai... ”
