“Rooms are in need of updating for the price.”

“They are going through a remodel (late June 2026) and upon stepping foot into the hotel, I was met with a really musty smell. Thankfully the room didn’t smell and they had air fresheners after that 1st day but the smell was very strong in the hallways and any main areas. Pool was nice for kids, breakfast was decent, the staff was wonderful. But the smell was bad- it took us multiple showers and loads of laundry after returning home, to get the musty smell off of us. “People beware of this location!! Pictures provided on Expedia are not accurate. This is not a hotel is more like a motel. The room is dirty holes in the walls. Fridge was dirty had dirt pile up. Furniture was 2nd had. False advertising. I don’t even want to get into it about the bed. Don’t not book here!!”

“The room was non smoking yet smelled of stale cigarettes and was not clean enough. Trash, hair, dirt/dust in room. I ended up cleaning my own room.”

“We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife.”

“The furniture in the lobby and the room was dirty, there was no microwave in the room (there was 1 on each floor though) the refrigerator was not cold, and the room was dark the lighting was very low.”

“Very nice front desk person and extremely helpful. The Waiter in the restaurant waited on us 2 days on a row ,also so helpful.”

“I didn't expect the room to be luxurious, as you generally get what you pay for. However, finding hair all over the bed, sticky floors, rust stains in the bathtub, numerous bugs, an extremely noisy air conditioner, and a very dirty carpet was simply unacceptable. These cleanliness and maintenance issues made the stay quite unpleasant. It was first and last time for the Redroof.”

“Great breakfast! Along with a very good hot breakfast there was a complete omelette bar. The happy hour munchies were pretty slim, however, having 2 free refreshments for happy hour is such a nice offering”
