“Troppo triste la colazione, pulizia e confort nella media. Parcheggio gratuito (auto indispensabile), dintorni solo per camionisti e per chi, come me, necessita di una tappa di avvicinamento all'aeroporto O'Hare di Chicago. Poco altro da segnalare.”

“Stayed here for the first time. Bath tub had stains and looked unclean to me. Not sure if they provide Shampoo, Electric Tea Kettle, Iron Board but for my need it was lacking.”

“Overall was decent for one night stay. We used the pool and staff was nice the bit of interaction we had. Parking was under garage. It wasn’t too expensive ($11) but would preferred be included. It did automatically get included during check in. Location was nice as it’s surrounded by shopping center /movie theater.”

“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

“I had a great stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be to add microwaves in the rooms for added convenience. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would stay here again.”
