Hotel vicino a Harry H. Semrow Driving Range - Chicago

“A nice and basic hotel near Chicago Ohare. The continental breakfast was very good included waffle making station. The room was clean and bright. The parking was safe and complimentary. We arrived in Chicago one day early and could not add an extra day to our existing reservation at another hotel. We were glad to find this Best Western that fitted our need, reasonable rate and with complimentary parking.”

“Breakfast was ok, thermostat didn’t work to cool the room to the temperature set”

“No restaurant within the hotel. No drinking water inside the room. No bell boy to carry bags of disabled person like me. Washroom door couldnt close and it was so ambarsing. This hotel was not of Marriott standard. I am not at all satisfied. Not ADA compliant and I want my money back.”

“Our stay was great but you probably want to request a room on the side away from the main road which sounded like it was probably noisy early for that side of the building.”

“We love this hotel and visit it as much as we can. When we go during the week we find it very quiet which is one the reasons we go. The room is always perfect and comfortable. The housekeepers will always accommodate you if you need something extra. We love the staff and since we go there so often they have become “friends”. It’s amazing that Abraham in the restaurant/bar always brings us our beverages from memory even after not seeing him for months. Then there is Hugo and Will that make eating...

“Nice, clean an big room. It was a bit cold upon my arrival.”

“Says there is a hot tub. Specially picked a place that had a hot tub and it was ‘down for maintenance’. No where on Expedia or their front facing website does it say that. Ice machines didn’t work. ”
