“our room could've definitely benefitted from a remodel. the sofa and headboard were in rough shape and there were specks of paint on the carpet and other surfaces from the last time it was painted. our in-room phone blinked for four days. we were on the third floor and the stairs were cracked, dirty, and creaky. the top step was a different depth than the other stairs which makes it a safety issue.”

“Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at night expecting to check into our room, as the hotel’s email clearly stated it would be ready by 3:00 PM. Instead, we were told the room was still not ready and that we would have to wait even longer. After a full day of traveling, this was completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. Rather than apologizing or trying to help resolve an issue that was entirely on the hotel’s side, they were...

“Hotel was dirty. Didn't have an iron. When asked for one, they have me another that didn't work. The door key didn't work. Had to get it programmed 3 times. Saw two roaches. Hallway floors are filthy. However, it's in a nice area.”
