“Excellent breakfast. We loved the waffle machines. ”

“Staff was not helpful at all, rooms are not restocked with towels daily. Asked for towels from room service and she said she couldn’t give me any even though she had a cart full of them. Front desk was not helpful either! Pretty basic hospitality request. ”

“Hot tub was awesome. Pool area too. Clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here a few times and felt safe and comfortable. The young lady at the front desk (Angel) has always been wonderful providing great service and suggestions. It’s a cool place for a date night and also perfect for family fun. Brought kids here a few times, it was fun. ”

“All perfect I can only complain about the level of cleanliness of the swimming pool, not adeguate to the rest of the hotel. Strongly suggested for room comfort big Gym and breakfast ok.”

“This was a great place. I work in customer service so I am not easily impressed. The staff of thus hotel went out of their way to make the experience as fun and easy to manage as possible. ”

“Property was pristine. Property did allow pets, but we didn't bring any. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the slamming of doors was a bit much. It was also noisy above us since we stayed on the 1st floor. We would book a stay here again, but away from the exits and book a room on the 3rd floor. ”

“Rooms were large and options were large. Property was clean and quiet, easy to navigate and parking was excellent. Cameras everywhere, so it felt safe. Room was good, clean and comfortable bed, appliances were great, maybe a touch more cleaning would have been nicer, but overall a fantastic place to stay and spend time! Staff was so helpful and kind, honestly love them a lot ”

“Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, great location near everything! Lots of parking. Only issue was that there wasn’t hot water, warm at best. I had to run shower for at least 5-8 minutes to get the warm water.”

“Elevator needs work, chipped ceiling, chipped bathroom door, pipe backed up on bottom floor and smelled. Waited for toilet paper at front desk for ten minutes and finally had to ask for it to just be brought to our room. ”
