“Nice, convenient stay for my needs at the time. I was away on work when alternating plans presented themselves. Best Western was very helpful to my needs. Everything from a spacious room to nice clean environment. Staff were helpful and breakfast was nice. I will visit again.”

“Awesome breakfast. but the room was not as big as i thought it could be. The furniture was outdated but important things like sheets and bathroom was clean. We did have to call for new pillow due to stain and loose toilet seat, but front desk and staff came right away. ”

“Place was ok. Whoever stayed in my room begot me but stickers on the end tables and housekeeping decided it looked good and left it I guess. There was also long black hair on my toilet seat and I have light ginger hair. I fixed the table issue and foreign hair before I left. ”

“Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

“This hotel is very dated, dirty, and in disrepair. I asked to switch rooms because the room smelled like mold. But after moving to a different one I realized this is just how the hotel smells. I would have left then but had no place to go and was too tired to make the drive home.”
