“Water was extremely cold when we tried to take a hot shower! ”

“None of the services advertised were available ”

“Breakfast was stale and lacked variety, we passed and went to McDonald's.”

“Breakfast was to be included. There was a breakfast room off the lobby. On a Saturday morning it stayed dark & locked. No reason. Coffee available for guest only. Unacceptable.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Hot breakfast with protein everyday. Every staff member from desk to housekeeper were the friendliest we have ever encountered at a motel! Comfortable bed in rooms with mood lighting. I can’t say enough good about our stay. The entrance drive into the motel is a little tricky to find on busy highway but we’ll worth the effort.”

“Room was clean but smelled like smoke we had booked a non smoking room but this room smelled like some had smoked cigar even bedding smelled like cigar smoke ”

“The problem in the room; the drapes did not work. They couldn’t close and the lights from the parking lot went into the room. It was very difficult to get to sleep.”

“Check in was a very long process, stood in line for 35 min and then told my room was not ready, gave us pool passes to start swimming and went back at 7pm and the line was longer, another 45 min. in line and room was still not ready but they had it ready in about 5 min of standing there. I guess a wash machine was down and they had no sheets. room was clean but the pool area is not clean at all. they need to do some serious cleaning of the pools themselves and the windows in the pool area...

“Every time we stay there the pool is too cold to even get in. It would be nice if you could raise the temperature so we could use the pool. ”

“The hotel is unkept and not maintained. Room smelled of mildew, remote was sticky and appeared to have been chewed on by a dog. Shower had little water pressure and vanity light flickered. The breakfast was all empty calories, pop tarts and stale mini donuts, with no hot food or proteins. Walls were thin, could hear rooms next door conversation, coughing, and TV.”

“Nice staff because their in the lovely town od Dekalb which is filled with the most pleasant folks ever! Also breakfast with the sausage gravy amazing and had a great comfortable stay!”

“Free breakfast was just waffles. Arriving door was out of batteries and i couldnt get in. Misleading information i wanted to stay another night they have charge me 180 for one night extra without telling me.”
